- Understand online ads on Google Adsense, Tiktok, Facebook especially Google Adsense (GDN, SEM, VIDEO)
- Make plan strategy of digital performance.
- Responsible for the day to day running of all install app campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights daily
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, NRU, Installs,...)
- Campaigns and report any issues promptly to managers
- Create/order content for campaigns Independently
- Do Market research in digital ads performance
- Set-up tracking method & campaign structure

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of App Install performance
- Experience working in Game Industry preferred
- Good knowledge of digital social trends and strong analytical skills numerical skills
